Kızılçukur is a village in Tarsus district of Mersin Province, Turkey. It is situated in the southern slopes of the Toros Mountains. Berdan River is 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) to the west of the village. Its distance to Tarsus is 35 kilometres (22 mi) and to Mersin is 60 kilometres (37 mi). [1] The population of Kırıt was 329 [2] as of 2012.
