KEC77 (sometimes referred to as St. Joseph All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that serves St. Joseph, Missouri and surrounding cities, including the northwestern parts of the Kansas City metropolitan area. It is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in Pleasant Hill, Missouri with its transmitter located in Wathena, Kansas. It broadcasts weather and hazard information for Atchison, Brown, and Doniphan counties in Kansas; plus Andrew, Buchanan, Clinton, DeKalb, Holt, and Platte counties in Missouri.
