KIMM has applied to the U.S. Federal Communications Commission for a construction permit to move to a new transmitter site and decrease night power to 36 watts.
Ownership
In May 1999, Triad Broadcasting reached a deal to acquire this station from Brothers Jim and Tom Instad as part of a twelve-station deal valued at a reported $37.8 million.[2]
This station is now owned by Gunslinger Radio, a division of Aasen Publishing.
