KKJG (98.1 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station licensed to San Luis Obispo, California. KKJG airs a country music radio format branded as "K-Jug". The station is owned by American General Media, with studios and offices on Sacramento Road in San Luis Obispo and its transmitter off TV Tower Road in Santa Margarita, California.[1]

Regular programming

The Jug Country Morning Show is hosted weekdays by Tom Keffury and Becky Kingman. Keffury is a long time San Luis Obispo County resident, and came to K-JUG in October 2005. In the 1990s, Keffury was a morning disc jockey on the local KDDB. Kingman graduated with a degree in journalism from California Polytechnic State University in 2007 and has lived in San Luis Obispo County since the early 2000s.[2] Preceding the morning show is "Farmview Radio" from 5 to 6 a.m.

Andy Morris is on-the-air from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The disc jockey on weekday afternoons is Pepper Daniels. He is also the station's Program Director as well as the cluster's Director of Programming. Sydney Jordan hosts 7 p.m. to midnight.

On Sunday mornings hosting "Country Standard Time" is Little Lyle. He plays the classic country from 6 to 10 a.m.
