The Kenton County Police Department is the secondary law enforcement agency for Kenton County, Kentucky. The duties of the KCPD include school resource officers, patrol, educating the public about internet crimes, providing the Kenton County Citizen's Police Academy, and more.[1] It is headquartered in Independence, Kentucky. Michael "Spike" Jones is the police chief.[2]
