Kentucky Route 396 (KY 396) is a 4.316-mile-long (6.946 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels through rural areas of Carter County.
Route description
KY 396 begins at an intersection with KY 2 northeast of Wesleyville, within the northwestern part of Carter County. It travels to the northwest, paralleling Brushy Creek, and curves to the southwest. It meets its northern terminus, an intersection with KY 474 (Scotts Branch Road). This intersection is on the Lewis County line.[1]
