Kentucky Route 449 (KY 449) is a 8.994-mile-long (14.474 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels through mostly rural areas of Cumberland County.

Route description

KY 449 begins at an intersection with KY 61 (Celina Road) north-northwest of Kettle, within the southeastern part of Cumberland County. It travels to the east and curves to the southeast. It makes a left turn and travels to the northeast. It curves to the southeast and then back to the northeast. It intersects the northern terminus of KY 1206 (State Park Road) and then curves to the north-northeast. At an intersection with the western terminus of KY 1351 (Green Grove Road), it curves to the northwest and travels through Modoc. The highway curves to the north-northwest and begins to parallel Oil Fork. It curves to the north-northeast and crosses over Bear Creek before it meets its northern terminus, an intersection with KY 90 (Albany Road). Here, the roadway continues as Albany Loop.^[1]
