Kharkov (Armenian: Խարկով; formerly, Yenikëy), is a village in the Shirak Province of Armenia. (The name Yenikëy is Turkish for "new village".) A short distance west of Kharkov is an overlook from which the ancient Armenian capital, Ani, may be seen clearly across the border with Turkey.
The village belongs to the Norshen community.
