Khenjan

The population is approximately 32,000 in 2004. Popular villages are Walyan, Bajgah, Dasht Amrot, Kawa and Turkan. Khenjan is one of the famous area with large number of diversity in Baghlan. Most number of the population speak Farsi and belong to the ethnic groups of Hazara.
