Kirk Talley (born November 14, 1959) is an American football coach. He is currently the head football coach at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul in Roseville, Minnesota, a position he has held since 2001. He played college football at Pacific Lutheran University under head coach Frosty Westering. He obtained his master's degree from Miami University.
