Kjetil Borch (born 14 February 1990 in Tønsberg) is a Norwegian rower. His career highlights include finishing third at the 2009 World Rowing U23 Championships with Truls Albert in bow seat. Together with Nils Jakob Hoff he was fourth in the double sculls event at the 2010 World Rowing Championships and gold at the 2013 World Rowing Championships.
Borch and Olaf Tufte won the bronze medal in the men's double sculls at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
