Konstantin von Notz (born 21 January 1971 in Mölln) is a German lawyer and politician. He is a member of the Alliance '90/The Greens party. Since 2009 he has been an MP of the German Bundestag. He was the speaker for the Interior and Internet Policies of the Green Party faction in the Bundestag from 2009 to 2013. In 2013 he was elected as Vice Faction Leader and again as Speaker for Internet Policies. He is also currently the party chairman within the German Parliamentary Committee investigating the NSA spying scandal and the Digital Agenda Committee in the Bundestag. Von Notz is also a member of Transparency International in Germany.[1]
