Konstantina Lapou (born 11 March 1990) is a Greek female weightlifter, who competed in the 58 kg category and represented Greece at international competitions. She competed at the 2009 European Weightlifting Championships. She won the silver medal at the 2009 Mediterranean Games, but was disqualified after testing positive for doping after the competition.[1][2][3]
