Kornelios Sozomenus (died 1617) was a Roman Catholic prelate who served as Bishop of Pula (1605–1617).[1][2][3]
Biography
On 31 Aug 1605, Kornelios Sozomenus was appointed by Pope Paul V as Bishop of Pula.[1] On 11 Sep 1605, he was consecrated bishop by Giovanni Delfino (cardinal), Bishop of Vicenza.[1] He served as Bishop of Pula until his death in 1617.[1] While bishop, he was the principal co-consecrator of Fabrizio Verallo, Bishop of San Severo (1605), and Camillo Beccio, Bishop of Acqui (1599).[1]
