Kristin Tate is an American libertarian columnist and author based in New York City.
Career
Tate grew up in New Hampshire[1] and received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Emerson College in Boston.[2]
Her op-eds have appeared in outlets such as the National Review,[3] The Hill, and The Washington Times.[4] Her first book, Government Gone Wild: How D.C. Politicians Are Taking You for a Ride—and What You Can Do About It, was released by Hachette Book Group in April 2016.[5][6][7]
She appears frequently as a commentator on the Fox News Channel the Fox Business Network, CNN, and is a weekly panelist on Newsmax TV.[8] In 2016, Red Alert Politics named Tate to their list of the 30 most influential right-of-center leaders under the age of 30.[9]
Prior to becoming an opinion columnist, Tate was a reporter in Texas for Breitbart News, where she broke many stories on immigration.[10]
