Kwame Gershion Quansah (born 24 November 1982 in Tema) is a Ghanaian footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder. He is currently playing with Qingdao Red Lions in China, after leaving Heracles Almelo.
Career
Quansah previously played for Asante Kotoko, Ajax, Germinal Beerschot and AIK, subsequently joining Heracles Almelo, where he spent the major part of his career. His form in 2008-2009 earned him two caps for Ghana.
International
He made his debut for the Ghana national football team on October 15, 2008 in a friendly against South Africa.He was call up for African cup of Nations qualifications game.He was part of Ghana national team preparation for World Cup 2006
