Kyzylzhar (Kazakh: Қызылжар ауданы) is a district of North Kazakhstan Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Beskol (Kazakh: Бескөл / Besköl).[2] Population: 44,681 (2013 estimate);[1] 44,454 (2009 Census results);[3] 50,258 (1999 Census results).[3]
