The Office of Marshal of the City Court of Lafayette (Lafayette Marshal) is the marshal service in the City of Lafayette, Louisiana. The marshal is in charge of apprehending fugitives and serving warrants made by the City Court of Lafayette.

In December 2014, former deputy marshal Brian Pope was elected to the office of city marshal, succeeding long-time incumbent Earl "Nickey" Picard, who had held the position of Lafayette city marshal since 1984.[1][2]
