Lal Fonseka is a popular Personality Development lecturer, Productivity Consultant & 5S (methodology) specialist in Sri Lanka.^{[1][2][3][4][5]}

Early childhood & education

Fonseka after being educated at Nalanda College, Colombo started working as an accountant after gaining professional qualifications from Association of International Accountants in United Kingdom. Later he gained Master of Business Administration Degrees from University of Colombo and University of Wayamba. He is also a holder of Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and Executive Diploma in Business Administration from the same University. Lal is also a Qualified ISO Consultant

Career

Currently Lal is the managing Director of BE Learning Lanka Pvt Limited (Sri Lanka Chapter) ^[6] and Kaizen Productivity pvt Limited.^[7] He is also a visiting lecturer at Institute of Human Resource Advancement of University of Colombo.^[8]

Book publishing

Lal has also published many books related to Productivity both in Sinhalese and English languages.^[9][10]

Lal Fonseka is a Senior Member of the” DORAMADALWA” a very popular TV program conducted by Independent Television Network in Sri Lanka, a columnist of Daily News (Sri Lanka) and also takes part in TNL TV's weekly live TV discussion titled "NENA PAHANA".
