Lalitya Munshaw
Lalitya Munshaw is an Indian singer.
She is known for her live performances in India and abroad. Her classical training has proved to be a platform for her versatility in different genres like fusion, film songs, Ghazals, Sufi, Bhajans and folk.
She recently celebrated her Silver jubilee by releasing her 25th Sufi and romantic album, Rab Piya in her live concerts, which got launched by Raveena Tandon and Shraddha Kapoor respectively in Bombay and in Ahmedabad, and got a tremendous response.

Her previously released albums include -Fusion ‘Maika Piya’ with Ranjit Barot & Hariharan, 'Indian Chill Harmonics' , 'Fusion Lounge’ with Ustad Sultan Khan & Ustad Rais Khan and Romantic album ‘Rum Gaya Dil’ . She has a slew of releases of devotional albums namely ‘Aartiyaan’, Gayatri Mantra, and ‘Hare Ram Hare Krishna’ with Suresh Wadkar, ‘Krishnarpan’ with Anup Jalota and ‘Shri Krishna Janmotsav’, 'Mahadev - The Almighty ' and “Guru Om”. Her lullaby albums are ‘Halarda (Gujarati) and Lori (Hindi). Beside these her Non stop Raas - Garba album 'Aye Halo' is extremely popular. She has sung Bollywood songs in films like Commando, Hai Golmaal in White House and Queens.
Some of these albums have been released by Prime Minister of India- Shri Narendra Modi , Shri Shri Ravi Shankar, Pujya Morari Bapu and celebrities like Hema Malini, Rishi Kapoor, Jitendra, Sonam Kapoor, and Shaan.
She has received numerous awards, such as the Pandit Omkarnath trophy for classical singing, FiCi Woman and GCCI awarded her for her entrepreneurship.
As an entrepreneur
She established a music company called ‘Red Ribbon Entertainment, which is today at the forefront in production, distribution and marketing of various genres of music like devotional, film, fusion, folk, and Ghazal in multiple languages. Lalitya Munshaw has also set up two state-of-the-art recording studios called ‘Re n Raga’ in Mumbai. It is one of the most modern and technologically advanced recording studios in the country.
