Larkin Malloy
Larkin Malloy (September 24, 1954 – September 28, 2016)[1] was an American soap opera actor, announcer, voice-over artist and acting teacher.
Thomas Larkin Malloy was born in New York City. His acting career began in 1974. He appeared (and later starred) in such soap operas as The Edge of Night as (Jefferson Brown (1980-81)/Schuyler Whitney (1981-84); Guiding Light (Kyle Sampson (1984-87) and All My Children (Travis Montgomery (1987-91, 1997-98, 2001). He worked as the announcer for As the World Turns. While playing Schuyler Whitney on The Edge of Night, Larkin was hit by a car on Park Avenue. He was temporarily replaced by James Horan.[2]
Malloy died on September 28, 2016 [3]from complications of a heart attack he suffered on September 24, which was his 62nd birthday.[4]
