Larry Garlick
Larry Garlick was the founder, CEO, and Chairman of the board of directors of Remedy Corp, the software company that produced the Action Request System. He served as CEO of the company from its founding in 1990 until its sale to competitor Peregrine Systems in 2001.[1] When accounting irregularities began to appear that would eventually force Peregrine Systems into bankruptcy, Larry Garlick briefly returned in June 2002 to head the Remedy business unit through the crisis. He resigned his position some months later before the Remedy business unit was sold to BMC Software.[2]
