Laura Kaarina Räty (born September 14, 1977) is a Finnish politician and a member of National Coalition Party. She is the former Minister of Social Affairs and Health.[1][2] Before the appointment for Minister of Social Affairs and Health, Räty served as Deputy Mayor of Helsinki responsible for Social Affairs and Public Health.
Räty ran for the Parliament in the 2011 election but failed to gain a seat. She ran again in the 2015 election, but her 4,087 votes were not enough to get elected.[3]
