Laurence Percy Farrar L'Estrange OBE was a British diplomat who served as the British Ambassador to Honduras from 1969 to 1972, under Harold Wilson's premiership. He was born on the 10th September 1912, sourced from his son, however birth records suggest February/March 1897.

L'Estrange had two sons, John and Larry.[1] Larry L'Estrange became a professional rugby player, capped for Ireland.[2] As a diplomat, L'Estrange held various posts in Latin America, according to one source.[3] According to the Honours List, aforementioned, L'Estrange had a post in Manila as well as Denver, Colorado where he served as British consul.[4] He was awarded the OBE; his son Larry was awarded the MBE.
