Lewisham bus station is a former bus station in Lewisham in South London. Despite its name, it was not a publicly accessible bus station and was just a standing area for buses terminating at Lewisham Station. However, before 1999 (the DLR's extension to Lewisham) bus stops were located outside the modern day Southeastern building.[1]
After decades of use, Lewisham bus station's final day of operation was on Friday, 28 February 2014, as the site was cleared for the major Lewisham Gateway highway reconfiguration and redevelopment project.
