Liam Thompson (born 3 January 1992, in Wigan, Greater Manchester, England) is a rugby league player who plays for the Oldham Roughyeds in the Kingstone Press Championship. He plays as a second-row or loose forward.[3]
Thompson came through the Wigan Warriors academy[4] and was in the junior systems of the Widnes Vikings.[5] He has also represented England at Schoolboy level.[6]
