Line 3 of the Harbin Metro (Chinese: 哈尔滨地铁三号线; pinyin: Hāěrbīn Dìtiě Sān Hào Xiàn) a rapid transit line running in a circle around central Harbin. Under environmental evaluation since 2 March 2012 and stated for construction in 2014, Phase I will be operational by 2017. Line 3 will be 37.6km km long with 35 stations.[1] [2]
