List of Nobel laureates affiliated with the University of California, Berkeley

This is an alphabetical table of Nobel laureates associated with the University of California, Berkeley, located in the American city of Berkeley, California. The list includes current and former faculty members and researchers as well as graduates.

As of 2016, 91 Nobel laureates have been associated with UC Berkeley, with 22 life-time faculty members who have won the prize and 29 Nobel laureates who graduated from Berkeley earning at least one degree. [1] Three laureates attended Berkeley but did not eventually obtain a degree; for instance, Dr. Owen Chamberlain entered UC Berkeley for physics graduate school in 1941, but his studies were interrupted by World War II, and he was eventually awarded the physics PhD degree from the University of Chicago in 1949.
