Six Flags Fiesta Texas consists of five themed areas and also an adjacent water park, White Water Bay.
Los Festivales
Los Festivales is lined with shops selling Six Flags and Fiesta Texas merchandise and food and is the themed land when guest first entered the park.

- Goliath, a 2008 105 feet (32 m) tall Bolliger & Mabillard Inverted roller coaster that dominates the park entrance and parking lot.

Crackaxle Canyon
Crackaxle Canyon is themed to a 1920s boomtown which features several themed rides and shops.

- The Gully Washer, a 1992 Intamin river rapids ride.
- Iron Rattler, the tallest roller coaster in the park at 179 feet (55 m) tall built in 2013 by Rocky Mountain Construction.
- Road Runner Express, a 1997 73 feet (22 m) tall Arrow Dynamics mine train roller coaster themed to the Wile E. Coyote and The Road Runner of the Looney Tunes universe.
- Texas Gunslinger, a 2013 181 feet (55 m) tall Funtime Slingshot. Extra Charge
- Yosemite Sam's Wacky Wagons, a 1999 Zamperla Kiddie Ferris Wheel.

Spassburg
Spassburg is themed to a German village after the large amounts of German towns in Texas. Spassburg also has a kids sub-section called, Kidzopolis.

- Bugs' White Water Rapids, a 1998 Hopkins Super Flume Water Ride. Themed after the cartoon, Knighty Knight Bugs.
- Der Pilger Bahnhof, a station for the 1992 train ride that takes around the park, Fiesta Texas Railroad.
- Fender Bender, a 1992 Morgan Bumper Cars. Known as Steingasse from 1992 to 2008.
- Kinderstein, a 1999 Zamperla Mini Tea Cups. Known as Mini Tea Cups from 1999 to 2002.
- SkyScreamer, a 2012 200 feet (61 m) tall Funtime StarFlyer.
- Superman: Krypton Coaster, a 2000 168 feet (51 m) tall Bolliger & Mabillard Floorless Coaster to the DC Comics superhero Superman.
- The Twister, a 1998 Huss Top Spin. Known as Der Twister from 1998 to 2008.
- Whirligig, a 1992 Zierer Wave Swinger. Known as Die Fledermaus from 1992 to 2008.
Kidzopolis attractions
Main article: Kidzopolis
Kidzopolis is a kids themed section that was created in 2009 and debuted as Wiggles World themed after the characters of The Wiggles until 2011. Before than the rides were apart of Spassburg.
- Buckarooz, a 1999 Kiddie Drop Ride. Originally located in Crackaxle Canyon until 2008 as Rodeo Rider (1991 to 2001) and Lil' Bronco Buster (2002 to 2008). Moved to current location in 2009 and was called Wiggly Trail Ride until 2011.
- Kiddee Koaster, a 1992 Vekoma Junior Coaster. Opened as Pied Piper until 1998 and from 1999 to 2008 the roller coaster was renamed to Rollschuhcoaster. Being located in the newly Wiggles World the Vekoma coaster was renamed in 2009 to Romp Bomp A Stomp until 2011.
- Krazy Kars, a 1992 Zamperla Convoy Ride. Known as Kinderbahn from 1992 to 2008 and The Big Red Cars from 2009 to 2010.
- Splish Splash Zone, a 2009 Interactive Kiddie Playship. Known as S.S. Feathersword's Playship from 2009 to 2010.
- Up, Up & Away, a 2009 Zamperla Samba Tower. Known as Yummy Yummy Fruit Salad from 2009 to 2010.
- ZoomJets, a 2009 Zamperla Aero Top Jet. Known as The Big Red Planes from 2009 to 2010.

- Wiggles Theatre, an 2009 outdoor theatre. No official name or show has replaced the name of the theatre and the former show, Get Ready To Wiggle since the removal of The Wiggles. A themed Fright Fest kids show has been performing at the theatre since 2012.
Rockville
Rockville is themed to a town in 1950s.

- Amerigoround, a 1992 Morgan Carousel. From 1992 to 2008, the carousel was located in Spassburg as Dornroschen.
- Batman: The Ride, a 2015 120 feet (37 m) tall S&S Worldwide 4D Free Spin themed to the DC Comics superhero Batman. First of its kind in the world.
- Daffy's School Bus Express, a 1999 Zamperla Crazy Bus.

Venues
- Rockville High, an 1992 indoor theatre themed to a high school. The theatre is known for its award winning show, Rockin' Rockville High which retire after 22 years in 2014. For Fright Fest, the theatre is used as a haunted maze called RockKill High School. The theatre currently shows Vinyl Countdown.
