The following lists the top 25 albums of 1999 in Australia from the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) End of Year Albums Chart.[1][2]
Peak chart positions from 1999 are from the ARIA Charts, overall position on the End of Year Chart is calculated by ARIA based on the number of weeks and position that the records reach within the Top 50 albums for each week during 1999.[2]

- ↑ Come On Over debuted on the charts in November, 1997 reaching #1 in February-March, 1999, in May, 1999 and again in August-September, 1999. It remained in the charts until September, 2000.[3]
- ↑ Americana debuted on the charts in November, 1998 reaching #1 in January-February, 1999. It remained in the charts until October, 1999.[5]
- ↑ Affirmation debuted at #1 in November, 1999 and also reached #1 in May, 2000 and July, 2000. It remained in the charts until April, 2001.[6]
- ↑ Abba Gold entered the charts in 1992 and debuted at #1 in December, 1992. It re-entered the charts for five months (between November, 1994 and March, 1995). It re-entered the charts for a third time in May, 1999 peaking at #2 in June, 1999 remaining for a further six months. It re-entered the charts again in 2000, 2008 and 2009.[9]
