The former Walton and Weybridge Urban District and part of the former Esher Urban District and are unparished.

Epsom and Ewell

The former Epsom and Ewell Municipal Borough is unparished.

Guildford

The former Guildford Municipal Borough is unparished.

Mole Valley

The former Leatherhead Urban District and part of the former Dorking Urban District are unparished.

Reigate and Banstead

The former Banstead Urban District and Reigate Municipal Borough are unparished.

Runnymede

The former Chertsey Urban District and Egham Urban District are unparished.

Spelthorne

The former Staines Urban District and Sunbury on Thames Urban District are unparished.

Surrey Heath

The former Frimley and Camberley Urban District is unparished.

Tandridge

The whole of the district is parished.

Waverley

The whole of the borough is parished.

Woking

Part of the former Woking Urban District is unparished.

Byfleet 23 Civil Parish was abolished by Woking Borough Council on 31 March 2010.
