This is a list of universities that award academic degrees or postgraduate certificates in health psychology—the study of psychological and behavioral processes in health, illness, and healthcare. Some of these are counseling psychology programs, while others prepare students for practice or research in clinical psychology.

In the United Kingdom, psychology programs are accredited by the British Psychological Society; in the United States, they are accredited by the American Psychological Association.
