Lo Chi Kwan (Chinese: 羅志焜; Jyutping: lo4 zi3 gwan1, born 18 March 1981) is a Hong Kong international football player, who currently plays his club football for Hong Kong First Division side Kitchee.

Kitchee career
Lo Chi Kwan scored a hat-trick in Kitchee's 6:0 win over Hong Kong Sapling on 25 September 2011.[1]
