Loaded Boards

Loaded Boards is a manufacturer of Longboarding equipment, based out of Culver City, California.[1] Loaded was founded by Don Tashman in 2002 and featured the Vanguard board as its first product. Tashman has stated that his goal was to create high-performing, environmentally friendly longboards.[2]

They focus mainly on the production of longboard decks, mostly for carving, freeriding, and dancing, although they also produce wheels (under the sub-brand Orangatang) and accessories, such as sliding gloves.

Loaded's team has been credited with innovating the creation of marketing videos showcasing the sport of longboarding,[3][4] and their production of videos has led competitors to also start producing creative and elaborate videos.

Loaded sponsors amateur riders through a program called Loaded Ambassadors,[5] which also allows the sponsored riders to upload videos to Loaded Ambassadors' specific YouTube channel.
