Luis Tavares (born 8 September 1991), is a Cape Verdean-Dutch kickboxer.

He is top 10 ranked light heavyweight kickboxer since May 2016 by Liverkick.com.^[1][2]

Biography

Tavares parents came from Cape Verde, small island nation off the coast of Africa, the island that used to be Portuguese colony, but Tavares grew up in the Netherlands. He played football and eventually ended in Feyenoord, but later switched to kickboxing.^[3]
