Luiz Humberto da Silva Silva (born 28 December 1996) is a Peruvian footballer who plays for PSV , as a striker. At the start of 2016 he signed a contract at PSV Eindhoven until 2018 with an option for two more years. In the beginning he will start playing at Jong PSV.[1]
