Maarat al-Numaan District (Arabic: منطقة معرة النعمان‎, translit. manṭiqat Maʿarrat al-Nuʿmān‎) is a district of the Idlib Governorate in northwestern Syria. Administrative centre is the city of Maarrat al-Nu'man. At the 2004 census, the district had a population of 371,829.[1]
