David M. MacAulay Field is a Canadian football stadium in Sackville, New Brunswick, that is host to the Mount Allison Mounties.
History
Construction MacAulay Field began on October 20, 1898, and was opened in October 1900.[1] The land was bequeathed to the University in 1898 by George T. Bowser, and the field cost an estimated $1,000 to construct.[1] It was then known as the Athletic Field and stretched 160 by 80 yards, with a running track encircled it.[1]
