Madame Butterfly (Italian: Madama Butterfly) is a 1954 Italian-Japanese musical film directed by Carmine Gallone and starring Kaoru Yachigusa, Nicola Filacuridi and Michiko Tanaka.[1] It is based on the opera Madama Butterfly by Giacomo Puccini.
