Madduvalasa is a village in Vangara mandal of Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh, India.[1] Madduvalasa village have two Hindu temples one is Shiva and an other is Shirdi Sai tample.on every Thursday Shirdi Sai temple committee conduct free food destruction.

The village have one of reservoir name is gurla Sri Ramalu madduvalasa reservoir project . It a torest aera and in the season of November and December the torest are visiting the this place

This village have one a.p.s.w.r.girls school&collage.5th class to +2 .

Another one is govt junior college for co-education.

Madduvalasa Reservoir

Madduvalasa Reservoir has been built on Vegavati and Suvarnamukhi rivers, subsidiaries of Nagavali River at Madduvalasa. It was commissioned in the year 1977. About 23,000 acres of land was brought under cultivation with the water.[2]

The seven villages, i.e. Patuvardhanam, Devikiwada, Chinna Devikiwada, CBR Peta, Nukalavada, Narendrapuram and Gitanapalli comprising about 2,240 families, were adjacent to the Full Reservoir Level (FRL). They were identified for rehabilitation package involving an expenditure of Rs. 27 cores.[3]

Jalagam Vengala Rao was started the project in 1977 it is completed on 2002.
