The Maha Derby[1] is the name of local football derby between two Maharashtra based clubs Pune F.C.[2] representing Pune and Mumbai F.C.[3] representing Mumbai.
Pune FC plays their home games at Balewadi Sports Complex, Pune and Mumbai FC plays their respective home games at Cooperage Ground, Mumbai.
League
Both the clubs were formed in 2007 but Mumbai F.C. got promoted to the I-League in 2008-09 season of the I-League, whilst Pune F.C. joining the next season.
