Mala Gaonkar
Mala Gaonkar is co-portfolio manager at investment firm Lone Pine Capital.
After graduating from Harvard in 1991, she worked for The Boston Consulting Group and completed her MBA at Harvard Business School before Lone Pine's inception.
She is a trustee of the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), and is a founding trustee of Ariadne Labs and The Queen Elizabeth Prize for Technology. She is a member of the advisory board of The Economist and is a trustee of The Paris Review Foundation and of the Tate. In 2015, she co-founded Surgo, a non-profit organisation focused on public health service delivery innovation.
