- Cansdale's Swamp Rat (Malacomys cansdalei) - Ansell, 1958
- Edward's Swamp Rat (Malacomys edwardsi) - Rochebrune, 1885
- Big-eared Swamp Rat (Malacomys longipes) - Milne-Edwards, 1877
