Manny Fernandez is a Silicon Valley angel investor, serial entrepreneur and a keynote speaker. He is the co-founder and CEO of DreamFunded.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
Career
Fernandez is the founder of SF Angels Group.[2][4]
In 2014, Fernandez was named the San Francisco Angel Investor of the Year.[2][6][7][8][9][10][11][12] In 2016, Fernandez was named in Inc. Magazine’s list of the top 33 entrepreneurs to watch.[1] With his popularity on Twitter (over 100,000 followers), he eventually became the 14th most followed Angel Investor.[4][13] He also has the most viewed equity crowdfunding video on YouTube with over 197,000 views.
In 2016, Menlo College named Fernandez Silicon Valley Equity Crowdfunding Pioneer.[14]

Manny Fernandez co-founded the company DreamFunded, a marketplace that allows shareholders to liquidate their shares in private tech companies without company restrictions.[5][6][25][26] While co-founding DreamFunded, Fernandez won the Equity Crowdfunding Leadership Award from Startup Grind Monterey Bay.[4] DreamFunded became the 1st San Francisco based company to be approved by FINRA / SEC as a registered funding portal. It is also the 1st Latino founded and lead approved equity crowdfunding platform in the world.[27]
Fernandez began helping startups as an adviser after seeing success in his own ventures.[2][4][6][28]
