Mario Corti (manager)

Mario Corti (born Lausanne, October 22, 1946) is a Swiss businessman who acted as chairman of Swissair.[1]

Corti was put on trial, accused of unlawful management in regards to the failure of Swissair in 2001. Corti was acquitted of all charges.[2] Corti began his term as the Swissair CEO in 2001. Corti, who also served as the CFO of Nestlé, is nicknamed "Super Mario".[3]
