Mark Speir is the head coach of the Western Carolina Catamounts college football team. He was hired on December 22, 2011, to succeed Dennis Wagner as the head coach at Western Carolina.[1] He previously served as an assistant coach at Western Carolina, Presbyterian, Elon and Appalachian State.
