Mary-Jane Foster is a TV commercial actress, sports team owner and politician. She is the co-founder of the Bridgeport Bluefish, a minor league baseball franchise in the Atlantic League In 2011, Foster ran for mayor of Bridgeport, CT, unsuccessfully challenging incumbent mayor Bill Finch in the city's Democratic primary.[1] She is also the wife of Jack McGregor, a former Republican state senator for Pennsylvania's 44th District and the founder of the National Hockey League's Pittsburgh Penguins.[2][3]
She is currently running for Mayor of Bridgeport as an independent candidate after losing in the September 2015 Democratic Party. [4]
