Maxim Anatolyevich Topilin (Russian: Макси́м Анато́льевич Топи́лин, born April 19, 1967 in Moscow) is a Russian economist, since May 2012 Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of the Russian Federation.[1]

In the period from 1994 to 2001 he worked in the Office of the Prime Minister. He was specialist expert and in 1996- 1997 he was consultant to the Department of Labor and Health.
