Michal Palinek (born 10 August 1967) is a former Czechoslovak male volleyball player and Czech beach volleyball player. He was part of the Czechoslovakia men's national volleyball team at the 1990 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship in Brazil.[1] He played for Zbrojovka Brno.
As a beach volleyball player he competed with Marek Pakosta at the 1996 Summer Olympics and won the gold medal at the 1996 European Beach Volleyball Championships. Four years later he played with Martin Lebl at the 2000 Summer Olympics. In 2001 he played together with Michal Biza, and in 2004 with Premysl Kubala winning the bronze medal in the Slavkov Challenger at the European Championship Tour 2004.
