Michael Charles "Mike" McFarland (born July 14, 1970) is an American voice actor and comedian who works for anime and video game series at Funimation/OkraTron 5000, New Generation Pictures, Bang Zoom! Entertainment and ADV Films. He voiced Jean Havoc in Fullmetal Alchemist, Buggy the Clown in One Piece, Jean Kirstein in Attack on Titan, Risho in Yu Yu Hakusho and Master Roshi in the Dragon Ball series.
